It can be easily built with the use of steel pipes. You will need an eight-foot square pipe for this. Cut it as specified using a metal cutting disc. Cut two pieces of ten-inch round pipes as well to serve as legs for the rail. Weld the pieces together along with metal plates for the base of the legs. Another alternative is with the use of steel bars and blocks of wood. Make a two-inch grove in the centre of the block where you will fit the bars. Drill a hole on either side of the wood and secure the pipe with bolts and screws. And if that is not enough, then you might as well complete the entire arena with your own ramp. The rise of the incline depends on your preference on the height of vertical lift you want to achieve. So plan carefully when you build the slope for skateboarding.
